Service Description

We aim to get to you within 24 hours and allocate one hour to diagnose the fault. In most cases this is possible, but sometimes when the issue is a leak or more complex this can take a little longer to find. In this case you would be charged an additional labour cost at £15 per 15 minutes. Our engineers carry a large number of parts to resolve most issues. Should you require a part that the engineer does not carry, a quote will follow with available dates for the repair to be completed. ​ For emergency call outs please call us or send an email to confirm availability before booking online.
