Although Hot Tubs and Swim Spas are mostly reliable, a fault can occur at any time, with the combination of electricity, water, chemicals and being outside in all elements, you can probably expect to have at least one issue in the long life of your Hot Tub or Swim Spa.

We also offer emergency call outs. Whether you have a party coming up and the Hot Tub has let you down or you have a holiday let with guest arriving shorty and a fault has appeared. We will always try our best to get to you as soon as possible, when and where we can accommodate we will aim to get to you within 24 hours.

We allocate one hour to diagnose the fault and in most cases this is possible, but sometimes when the issue is a leak or more complex this can take a little longer to find. In this case you would be charged an additional labour cost at £15 per 15 minutes.

Our engineers carry a large number of parts to resolve most issues. Should you require a part that the engineer does not carry, a quote will follow with available dates for the repair to be completed.
